Warranty Policies
Please contact Customer Care at 587-410-4530 or warranty@evolutionsportinggoods.com with any questions regarding returns, defects and warranties.
UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 29th, 2025 - NOTE: For American warranty claims we are NOT able to ship the replacment bat across the border without Duties and Taxes being charged. We will instead be issuing credit to your Evolution Sports Excellence account to use for a replacement purchase. (Replacement purchase will be charged with duties and taxes)
Important Warranty Info
- Customer will be responsible for the SHIPPING COST(S) of warranty replacements (Warranty is offered by the manufacturer, we will do the legwork and deal with the manufacturer so that you don't have to.)
- Manufacturer may request for the product in question to be sent back to them for inspection. (The shipping cost of this may be on the customer). **DO NOT SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO US UNLESS THE MANUFACTURER REQUESTS IT.
- Please ensure pictures being sent are clear and legible to prevent delays
- Warranty turn around times may vary depending on manufacturer and/or available stock
- We (Evolution Sports Excellence) do not decide if the warranty claim will be approved. The manufacturer is the one who will approve or deny the claim.
BAT WARRANTY CLAIMS
To begin a bat warranty claim please include the following images. (Examples are below)
- Photo or digital copy of your proof of purchase (Receipt)
1. a) If you do not have your receipt please include the Name & Phone Number of the order
