Shipping Information

At Evolution Sports Excellence, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping services for all of our customers. Below is an overview of our shipping policies and information.

Any orders placed before 12:00 pm MST Monday - Friday should ship out the same day. 

Any order placed after 12:00 pm MST will ship out the following business day.

Customers will be notified within 48 business hours if there are any inventory issues with their order. Usually sooner!

Shipping Methods and Rates

We use Canada Post as our default shipping company for ALL online orders. Canada Post offers "Regular, Expedited, Xpresspost, & Priority" parcel options depending on how quickly you need the product. Shipping estimates are live on the website at checkout based on the shipping address provided.

Free Shipping & Exclusions

We offer free standard parcel shipping on *MOST orders over $120 CAD to Canada. (Maritimes & Territories are excluded from free shipping within Canada)
&
We offer free expedited parcel shipping on *MOST orders over $200 CAD to the United States.

Some items will have a Flat shipping fee attached to them due to a number of reasons. Items that have some shipping exclusions include but are not limited to:

  • Hats (Typically shipped separately or with more materials to ensure the brim is protected)
  • Oversized or Heavy items (Ringette Sticks, Roller Bags, Home Training Gear, ETC.)
  • Balls (Heavy, Large, with very little profit means there is a flat fee when ordering balls online. If you are ordering Balls in BULK please reach out to "donnie@evolutionsportinggoods.com" & we can often give a bulk discount on Baseballs/ Softballs

Shipping Through A Different Company Than Canada Post/ USPS

If you require overnight shipping or prefer shipping through a different company please reach out to "marketing@evolutionsportinggoods.com" BEFORE you place your order. The cost of this shipping via a different parcel service will be on the customer regardless of order value.

Processing Time

We ship every weekday Mon - Fri. Orders placed after 11:30 am MST on a weekday will be processed the following business day. Order placed on weekend OR Canadian/Alberta STAT holidays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Below are estimated delivery times by region:

  • Domestic (Within Canada): 3-10 business days depending on location
  • International: 7-14 business days, depending on customs and location

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, carrier delays, or other world events.

International Shipping & Duty

We ship internationally to the United Stated. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be required upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates. Any order valued at LESS THAN 800 USD can enter the United States without any duties or taxes under the Section 321 "De Minimis" law.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking number sent to the e-mail on file. These e-mails are AUTOMATED so make sure you check your "Junk" or "Spam" folders as they may end up there.

Canadian Tracking Numbers will be 16 Digit Numbers "0000 0000 0000 0000"

American Tracking Number are either CH000000000CA or LA000000000CA

*NOTE- On Orders to the United States. Once the parcel crosses the border the parcel switches over to USPS (United States Postal Service). You can get updated tracking information by taking the same tracking code you had on the Canada Post tracking on the --> USPS Website

Route Package Protection

How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing. Claims are painless to submit and can take as little as 5-10 minutes to complete.

Route is a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Route is toggled ON by default and can be toggled off in the cart OR at checkout. Please be aware that quick pay apps like Shop Pay & Google Pay may skip the ability to add Route protection to your order. 

Mobile App Available
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

How To File A Claim
If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team --> here.

Alternatively, you will receive a confirmation from route when the order is placed and you can file a claim directly from the confirmation e-mail. You can pull up the e-mail by searching "Your Evolution Sports Excellence Shipment is Secure with Route." The File a claim button is near the bottom of the order confirmation e-mail and should look like the screenshot below. 



Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is protected through Route Insurance then you will be covered. However, by declining package protection, Evolution Sports Excellence is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen items.
