Bad delivery service

Still not have received the skates I ordered. You should have tought of the strike before packing and sending them the day before the strike started. Will definately not recommend your store.

Apoligies for the delays with shipping. We were aware of the strike incoming and had other plans setup. We were quoted that delivery should have been completed before the strike commenced which is why the order was still shipped via Canada Post. You left out in your review that we sent you a new pair via a different shipping company to ensure you had the skates before Christmas and got you all looked after.

I guess they stopped working earlier than they were supposed to and it resulted in it getting caught up in the strike.

This is a very unique and odd circumstance that caused this delay and in no way reflects our usual service for online orders. Apoligies.

I see that the order has since been delivered so I am glad the order found you.
