Gone are the days of Days/ Weeks/ Months to get a glove "Game Ready". 

Our Mitt Master machine produces 600 pounds of force per square foot and will have your glove ready before it leaves the store!

Please Note: 

• ALL gloves will be broken into Game Ready unless otherwise requested
• The service is non-refundable once completed
• Gloves that use the break in service are final sales and cannot be returned. 
  
• The service includes glove steaming and glove conditioning
  • This can be excluded from the break-in if requested

Simply add this service to the cart with your glove and select the required wear and break in! We will break in the glove and have it game ready before it leaves the store!	Add this service to the cart and purchase. Please select "ship" at checkout as that will pay the cost of the glove getting back to you. Then ship the glove to "Evolution Glove Break In #4 - 5205 50th Ave Leduc, Alberta T9E 6T2."  *Note: We highly recommend purchasing Route insurance for when we ship the glove back to you so that you are covered in case anything happens to the glove in transit.

Glove & Wear Descriptions 

Fielding Gloves are our starting price point. Depending on the quality of leather they can take anywhere from 35 minutes to an hour worth of work. 

Catchers' Gloves require WAY more work to be game ready. Especially at the more elite levels of leather. When we do something, we do it right. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your break in. To ensure that, it requires a little but more time than a fielding glove

Wear - How you wear the glove directly relates to how it should close. Typically, an "All-In" or "All in - One Out" break-in will result in a more thumb to ring or middle finger break in. A Finger shift wear will result in the "Thumb to Pinky / Thumb to ring finger" break-in. 

• All In
  • Also known as Traditional. 1 Finger in each hole.
• All In - One Out
  • 1 Finger in each hole, index finger out
• Finger Shift / 2 In The Pink
  • Pinky and Ring finger are in the "Pinky" Slot, Middle Finger in Ring Finger Slot, Index Finger in Middle Finger slot.
• Single Hinge
  • one flex point (thumb and index finger come together) so the glove closes with a shallow funnel and pocket 
• Dual Hinge / Box Break
  • two distinct flex points (thumb side and pinky side) so the glove closes more thumb to pink and a deeper pocket feel. Glove will wrap around the ball. 

Options Descriptions (Can be requested VIA e-mail)

• Standard
  • No Flares, No Curls, Just how you wear it & how much you want it broken in. Nothing extra. (Good for athletes that will want to "Form" the fingers, thumb and pinky how they want!)
• Pinky Flare
  • Curls the pinky finger of the glove outwards. This increases surface area while fielding or catching and may assist funnelling the ball into the glove instead of clanking off the fingertip. (Also widens the receiving area of the glove, allowing for more forgiveness on comebackers and tough plays.)
• Thumb Flare
  • Curls the thumb of the glove outwards. This increases surface area while fielding or catching and may assist funnelling the ball into the glove instead of clanking off the fingertip. (Also widens the receiving area of the glove, allowing for more forgiveness on comebackers and tough plays.)
• Thumb & Pinky Flare
  • Both sides of the fingertips flare outwards. This increases surface area while fielding or catching and may assist funnelling the ball into the glove instead of clanking off the fingertip. (Also widens the receiving area of the glove, allowing for more forgiveness on comebackers and tough plays.)
• Finger Curl
  
  • Take the fingers and pocket of the glove and slightly curl them inwards towards the palm. Helps to deepen the pocket of gloves, BUT removes "length". Creates more of a "wide & deep" feel to the glove.
